Therma Holdings engaged our team with a big ambition: Set a radical rebrand into motion and reintroduce the company as a leader in net-zero, carbon-neutral construction—the world’s first energy transition accelerator.
In mere weeks, we would bring Therma Holdings to life as Legence.
Thanks to visual branding support from the folks at COLLINS, Legence looked the part of a cutting-edge provider. Its verbal identity, however, was undefined. It was my job to give this construction innovator a voice, and fast.
We built a verbal identity for Legence that balanced the practicality and decisiveness of an industrial provider with the energy and optimism of a mission-driven enterprise.
Legence is practical but creative. Optimistic but realistic. A builder and a painter. It knows vision alone won’t take you all the way—to change things, you need to break ground. At the end of the day, it’s about going beyond theory. Legence is here to get things done.

This was a fast project by any standard. I worked in tandem with other creatives across the team, coordinating content development against client reviews and design sprints on a virtually hour-to-hour basis.
The result: Stakeholder sign-off in less than three weeks. From scratch.
